That is one of the primary questions that is asked.
We have years of senior level experience with proven, successful results. Having said that, being more that just labor is also defined by the way we work.
No one likes a surprise. We communicate clearly and frequently. We have been accused of over-communicating. We also like communication to be in writing. That isn't to say that we might start our communication with a phone call. But our phone calls are almost always followed by some form of written communication to confirm our phone conversation. Documenting all conversations in writing helps assure that we all had the same basic understanding of the conversation. We want you to know where we are with your project.
We like to under-promise and over-deliver. Many consultants do it the other way around. It is much easier to work with someone who consistently under-promises and over delivers.
We have no ego. There are things that we do not know how to do, and we know it. We constantly seek feedback on our projects. We never see feedback as criticism. Through the feedback, we can usually find ways to make the project better, make it easier to use. We try to explain our decisions - how we arrived on the current path. Our decisions may be wrong or may need a small "course correction".
I am never wrong. There are times when I might be somewhat less correct than I should have been.
We are all on the same team. We are all trying to solve the same issue. Our job is to influence, not command.
