That is one of the primary questions that is asked.
Our answer is that we have no contracts.
That isn't to say that there are no legal agreements between us and our customers. For example, there are Terms and Conditions, a Privacy Policy, etc. Those are agreements the establish the basic rules that we both agree to follow.
But there is no agreement to use our services for a preset period of time.
You use our services for as long as you need them. If for some reason, you no longer want to use our services, you can stop at any time. If you hire someone to take over the project that we implemented for you, we are happy. We will immediately provide them with all of the information you want for us to provide and will train them to the level that you want them trained.
